2. Intellectual Property & Wallpaper Usage Rights

All wallpapers hosted on WallBase are provided for personal, non-commercial desktop and mobile display use unless explicitly licensed otherwise.

• Personal Use: Free to download and set as device wallpapers.
• Commercial Redistribution: You may not re-sell, bundle, or distribute content for commercial gain without authorization.

3. User Accounts & Prohibited Conduct

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality. Scraping, DDoS attempts, or unauthorized vulnerability testing against the Cloudflare worker API are strictly prohibited.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

WallBase is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or error-free asset rendering.
